Hi Joanne,
Nothing was attached.
I'm copying the entire board here to keep them in the loop.
The Association has in the past paid to have water leaks fixed. The last I recall was under the Greene's. If I remember correctly, you had Lynden out to deal with a problem in your garage, I think the water heater. They found another problem with a water leak. That sounded like an Association responsibility. We probably should have dealt with Lynden directly at that time.
Now the situation seems to have escalated to involve parts and significant cost. I am having difficulty understanding why a supply line leak has parts involved. If the supply line leak is in a wall, I can see that is more work. But still I don't understand the need for parts. Supply lines don't have parts separate from the line itself and the connectors.
It would really help to have Lynden explain the situation to us. If it is an Association responsibility, we should be the one contracting for it. If this is something to do with how your unit is equipped with certain features, that may be your responsibility.
I am sure you know enough about houses to know that trying to fix one thing leads to a lot more things needing fixing. Let's get the facts and then we can work it out.

Evidently the leak I’ve been doing some damage. They charge me $1000 plus yesterday for one new part and they have a bid that’s attached for another couple thousand for other parts as the association gonna pay for this?
Have a great day. Sent from my iPhone....JoAnne Wyatt 739-1540 (may have been dictated😊)
