Hi Rachel,
First, thanks for chasing on this intractable problem for us.
Second, here's what I think we need to know before going any farther with Blythe:
What exactly are we getting?  Is it one line or all the drain lines?  One house or all the houses?  Where are the lines going?
Blythe's attempt to rooter out a line at 1224 seems to confirm that replacing drain lines is needed.  Up to now we have avoided this direct route in the hopes of finding a cheaper solution.  Now we know there isn't one.  It appears we should replace the drain lines on all the houses. I think their effort has given us value.  They even tried to figure out how the whole drain system works, but could not find it.
A-Team trenched and put in a drain line out to the buffer zone at 1224.  Paying plumber rates for manual labor does not make sense to me.  Is this a job for A-Team?  Or is there some reason why only Blythe has the necessary expertise to do it?
And how much do we already owe Blythe?  We paid Gary's to scope the lines, with limited success, and a big bill.  But again, we learned something from both.
Copying the entire board as I think we are looking at a lot of money to replace drain lines.

First and foremost I am so sorry that this fell through the cracks. I was waiting for a quote from Hardware Sales for a rental excavator and apparently they kept sending it to the wrong email address. No excuses. Just apologies. But to the nitty gritty we will need to rent an excavator for the perimeter drain replacement. I have gathered all the information needed to get an estimate put together.
 
 
 
Estimated costs for these repair materials will be $ 1,015.00 + the labor to preform the work
 
 
 
This price includes:
 
 
 
Mini excavator rental with delivery and pick up
 
Parts Procurement
 
Misc Materials / PVC PIPE, PVC Connectors etc..
 
 
 
This price excludes the following:
 
 
 
Labor (Discussed Below)
 
Diagnosis labor or any labor associated with this work order prior to this work.
 
Sales Tax
 
 
 
For labor, my plumbers and I are estimating that this work will take 2 of them a full day. So 16 hours of labor in order to make this happen. The plan is to have the excavator on site before the plumbers arrive. Furthermore, we will need to dispatch one of them ahead of time to go and paint lines where we will dig, also to call the city before we dig.  The work estimated above will  be in addition to the work already completed.
