[VACNCABoardMembers] Requests for Change to Unit Exterior

We will be on a long, must do, trip (family health and care issues) from March 14 to April 10.  I will be on the net a few times daily but will probably not be able to join the next board meeting.

We will have three requests for changes to the exteriors of units on the agenda for the March board meeting:


  *   1230 - to replace deck railings
  *   1254 - to change the location of the vent on the fireplace
  *   1229 - to add a retractable screen on the outside of the kitchen window

I have attached copies of all three of these requests here so you have a chance to review them prior to the March 20 meeting

A previous request regarding changing the design of the front door at Unit 1207 has been withdrawn.
