[VACNCABoardMembers] Requests for Change to Unit Exterior

[Vale H 1258 via VACNCABoardMembers]

Hi,

We will have three requests for changes to the exteriors of units on the agenda for the March board meeting:

1230 - to replace deck railings
1254 - to change the location of the vent on the fireplace
1229 - to add a retractable screen on the outside of the kitchen window

I have attached copies of all three of these requests here so you have a chance to review them prior to the March 20 meeting

A previous request regarding changing the design of the front door at Unit 1207 has been withdrawn.
