[Northwind Cir] VACNCA Online System Repeated Emails

Dear Residents,
If you are receiving repeated TEXT messages from "Mail is In", the only solution I've found that works is for YOU to block the incoming number.
I've done everything I know at the system level, and the messages still appear from a buffer that hasn't properly cleared.  I've stopped all messages from the website for now.

I'm so sorry you have to go through this.   I will update you when more is known.
