[VACNCABoardMembers] Composting Tote

As you are aware, SSC left totes with yellow lids at all of our 
residences today. As an 86 year old who lives alone, the size of that 
thing is ridiculous. As most of us have very little food waste and we 
have landscaping people who deal with yard waste, I called SSC and told 
them to pick it up. I have no room to store it. They agreed to pick it 
up on Monday during their regular garbage pickup. This is to let you 
know that it will be in front of my garage in the driveway until then. 
I'll be in touch with the city tomorrow to further discuss this.
