[VACNCABoardMembers] Beavers and Tree Damage Behind 1214

FYI, we had the damaged Cottonwood behind 1214 cut down yesterday.  It was about 8" in diameter at the base, and 80 feet tall.   Beavers had cut through close to 50%, just about the paint deterrent line.  It was a hazard and could have fallen on the house.  We will have A-Team come out and apply more paint deterrent and go up about 4 feet on all the trees.
