[VACNCABoardMembers] Update on Crawl Space Flooding of 1224

Maybe a discussion for the Board meeting. We might have someone out there, other than me, who had dealt with French drains. When mine was installed, I was told that even though the pipes were wrapped, they would eventually fill with silt. I sold the house over 15 years later and they were still working. Cherie
