[VACNCABoardMembers] Update on Crawl Space Flooding of 1224

Disappointing news today.  Gary's Plumbing has reconsidered the question of trying to clean out the storm drains.  They don't think they can do it effectively and we'd possibly be wasting our money.  They think we need to dig up the drains and install new ones.
This is a conundrum as we don't know if the drains are actually the problem.  The one piece of advice they gave was we could try running a hose down the drains to see what happens.  That may be worth trying.
In the grand scheme of things, our big challenge is we do not have any diagram of where the drains actually run to.
I am at a little bit of a loss as to what to try next.  I don't know if a pipe locater service could find the drain system and map it for us.
I still believe we need to put more drains in the grass areas behind the houses with problems.
We should discuss at the board meeting.
