[VACNCABoardMembers] Cordata Business Park Association Meeting

Hi,

1.	FYI,  I just noticed that there is a Zoom link for this meeting.  I think Jim and I will attend via Zoom.

2.	Am pasting the agenda below.  Note the beaver issue is #3.  

3.	One of the reasons Rupert asked one of us to attend is to find out more about how our $4,400 annual dues/fee gets spent. I am not sure how attending this meeting will answer that question. Their financial records included in the attached pdf below.  It appears that most of the cost is for *surprise!*. irrigation, landscaping, groundskeeping and wetland-related management expenses.  I think a better way to find out more would be to contact Molly Koch, their communications person.

In any case, we will learn more by attending the Zoom meeting and will let you know what we find.
