Well, I guess my mention of attorney's fees got Comcast off the stick with a promise to take care of our demand.  So we'll see.  The questions remain the same.

 FYI, Comcast is punting to Sound Drilling LLC, who are non-responsive to both my inquiries and Comcast's.  We are owed $10,000.  I wonder how long we wait until we retain an attorney to send a demand letter.  And file a lawsuit.  This is too large for small claims court.
Rachel, any thoughts on this, and an attorney who could help us?
