Any thoughts on opting out?  The streets are dry.  My weather app doesn't show us going below freezing.

Tonight (1/14/2025) With freezing conditions in the forecast, we will deploy our crews to apply de-icer as needed when the temperatures drop to freezing.  If you feel that your property is not at risk and wish to opt-out of Winter Services, respond by 5:00 PM tonight TO THIS EMAIL CHAIN WITH THE PROPERTY ADDRESS and we will skip your property.
