All,
First, I am still working with Access to get someone remove the debris from the culvert under the June trail so that water trapped in the trail buffer zone drains away. That may relieve some water back up on our side.
Second, I had a long conversation with Clearmark Location services regarding location and cleaning of the drains from downspouts to street catch basins. Clearmark thinks that chance of their locating device finding the route of the drains is quite low. They recommend having the drains back-flowed. They were surprised Gary's Plumbing said the drains could not be back-flowed. Rachel Long has spoken to Bayside Services, who work on large drainage systems, and they think they can back-flow and unclog the drains. So that service has been ordered.
Meanwhile, we hear that the master association is working with a naturalist to deal with the beavers and rising water in the pond area.
If this all does not work, the next step is digging up the old drains and putting in new ones.
Rupert
