[VACNCABoardMembers] Winter Services Opt-Out

It was 30 degrees when I got up this morning. I was out this am at 9:00 ish. It was a bit icy in spots that had shallow puddles, but I’m not convinced that de-icing would have helped, since the spots were isolated and, in this case, on someone’s driveway.

I just hope that our residents pay attention to the temperature and tread slowly and carefully when they leave the house.
