well as the article in the Bellingham Herald, so I understand we have to pay
even if we don't use the toters. One of our main issues is that most
residents do not have a place to store the toter. How do they arrange to
have them taken away? <u>Just call our office, and we will make arrangements
for removal the next time we are in the area.</u><u></u><u></u></span></li>

<span>One resident was told she could exchange the
large toter for a smaller one. How does one make that arrangement? Does it
come at a lower cost? <u>Unfortunately, a smaller toter is not an option.

<span>Some of our residents qualify for reduced
property taxes because of their low income. Is there a possibility they can
apply for a reduced fee?<u> Yes!!! If they qualify for reduced property
taxes, it will typically be automatically reflected on their invoice. The
