<br>Today we received an updated regarding the Corporate Transparency Act and the reporting requirements. Yesterday a District Court in Texas granted a preliminary nationwide injunction against the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act while the lawsuit against the act proceeds. As of right now, the deadline to file the Beneficial Owner Information Report is not being enforced. If you have already filed, there is nothing further for you to do. If you have not filed yet, you are not required to do so at this time.
