I just spent an hour of painstaking attempts to file the BOIR form.  I carefully filled it out, checked and double checked my entries.  Then I got this reject.

Hi all.  I just tried working my way through this BOIR and got stumped. It looks to me like one person needs to make the report, filling out the VACNCA part and then adding each of us on the Board and our information. I was stopped at the point of having to enter a tax id for VACNCA. Now the whole form has disappeared. !!!

Here's what it looks like when it is completed.  It seems redundant.  We don't have a FINCEN number.  You will need to scan your license.
