[VACNCABoardMembers] Message to Board Members Donahue Appointment to the Board

A month or so ago, when I was asked to serve on the board, I was of the understanding that it was to be temporary until a member returned from long term travel.
  I appreciate all the hard work of the board members but I am not ready to serve a full term.
