Hi Folks,
No word back from the CoB storm water department, so I will follow up.
We need to let thing settle under the houses and see if the pumps keep the crawl spaces dry.
The next step is to have the debris cleared from in front of the pipe that carries storm water out of the buffer zone and to the wetland on the other side of Fuchsia. And then trench along the buffer zone to make sure the standing water gets to the pipe.
And then it makes sense to have a camera inspection of the drain lines on 1226/1224/1222/1220.  That may be a plumber or a storm drain specialist as both have cameras and it is just a case of who is most economical.
And then after we see what that tells us, we can consider installing more drains in the grass areas to reduce the standing water.
