[VACNCABoardMembers] Update on 1226 Northwind Crawl Space

I wonder if she thought the inspection report automatically generated a work request. I file emails by unit number, and I have nothing from that date. I do not recall ever seeing anything from her on our monthly work order reports from Access. Rupert, I am sorry this has fallen on your shoulders. When I bought my unit in 2018, Larry Green and Larry Pollett took care of everything. I thought we were hiring Access to take over that kind of problem. Do we need a committee, or do we need to give up some control and let Access take care of work requests? If we set up a committee, who among our residents has the expertise we would need? I have experience with this type of problem having bought a new build in Ferndale that had a "lake" for a back yard. Fortunately, I had assistance from a friend who had golf course management experience. It took a French drain, a retaining wall and a sump pump to take care of my issues. I hope we don't need to go to that expense here, but we may. Unfortunately, my friend passed away a few years ago, so I have no one I can turn to for advice. 
 
Do we need a Board special meeting to discuss this in person?
