[VACNCABoardMembers] Update on CoB Storm Water Inquiry

I spoke to a CoB Parks rep this morning about the flooding along the west side by the buffer zone.  He is going to find out who is responsible for maintaining the culvert and pipe that goes under Fuchsia  to the wetland inside the apartment area.  The buffer zone is our land, so we may be responsible.  He is also going to speak to the CoB storm water folks to see if they may be able to speak to us about our issues.
