Yes, we have the comments from Enviro Insulation. No idea how the Arrow proposal was sent to Access. The crawl space work on 1220/1222/1224 detoured us from starting a program for crawl spaces. We have it in the budget for next year. And yes, all these expensive recommendations are difficult to decide what to do with.

I do not remember seeing this. Is there any evidence that it was turned to Access as a work request?
Do we still have a copy of the Inspection that was done on all of the crawl spaces? I thought we talked about implementing a schedule this year, but nothing has happened so far that I know of. Perhaps that is what we should be looking at instead of their very specific inspection. PattyLiggett also had an inspection done after our general inspection. We might want to talk to her. I do remember that it had very expensive recommendations. Cherie All, I spoke at length with Christie and Klaus this morning. A-Team had been out to get the pump under the house working properly. The crawl space needs to be drained and then the sump pump installed. Christie shared with me the attached proposal related to crawl space recommendations that was sent to access in July 2022. I don't remember this. Does anyone? Our lack of response is one of Christie's frustrations. The proposal lists a deodorizer treatment. What I don't know is whether the contract actually detected mold or just provided an all-encompassing proposal. Damp under the house seems to have been intermittent. Klaus has been under it several times when it was dry. Klaus' sense of smell is not as good as Christie's, and he has not located a source of the musty odor. Once we get the crawl space drained and dry, we need to decide on replacing the vapor barrier. And whether we would pay for the treatment. My guess is this should be on our agenda for the next board meeting. There are some other issues with the house. We need to cap a sprinkler in back by the deck. The space between the house and garage door floods due to roof line issues, and that area is actually the place where the house sits lowest, with a crawl space vent below the concrete level. And the paint is peeling in areas plus there is some rot above the garage door.
