Regarding 1204 Northwind Circle

Dear Board Member,

I'm the listing broker for the unit 1204 Northwind Circle, we will be closing on 10/29/2024, and the buyer's wanted to know where the main water shut off to this unit is located? The inspector couldn't locate it, and I went over yesterday afternoon to see if I could locate it but couldn't locate it. I phoned and I have requested the information from Rachel at Access but haven't heard from her. The buyers are snowbirds and are flying out to Arizona and wanted to turn the water off, so while they are gone it doesn't freeze their pipes. If you can let me know it would be appreciated, the buyer's agent is Kristal Grimstead from Compass, and she might also reach out to you.
