VACNCA Zoom Use on Thursday after Board Meeting

I talked to Rupert, and they will just keep going after the conclusion of the BOD meeting.
I will stop the recording at the end of the BOD meeting, but keep the session open until they are done.

Rupert,

Shouldn’t be a problem.  We should end the normal Board meeting and close it out.  Then start a new meeting immediately after.  I have a doctor apt shortly after the Board meeting, but maybe Jerry can assist.  In any case, you can begin an instance of our ongoing VACNCA meeting using the “Join Zoom Meeting” below without either of us.  Perhaps you could do a trial of that (with either of us as budget comm member) when convenient for you?

  1.  Click on Join Zoom Meeting (you will be the host)
  2.  Text/phone one of us to join as a test member.

Should work, but contact either of us with problems.

Hi Guys,



I need to call a budget meeting and use zoom as Paul Chapman is in Italy.  I was thinking of perhaps 11am on Thursday, meaning a continuation of the board meeting.  Is that possible?  11am would make it 8pm for Paul.
