It has come to the Board's attention that there have been thefts in the nearby Cordata neighborhood.  Specifically, items have been stolen from people's decks and porches, including propane tanks used for barbecues.
Please lock your doors and windows at night.  Move propane tanks into your garage. And store in the house or garage anything that is small enough and interesting enough to be carried away.
This will be a topic of discussion at the Board meeting this Thursday, November 21, 2024.
