Hi,

I have a couple of friends who live in the “South" Village at Cordata.

They mentioned today that their neighborhood has had problems recently with things being stolen  (they think by people at the homeless camp at  Bakerview/Northwest), specifically the propane tanks a lot of us keep on our decks with our barbecues.  People have also found other small things missing and have seen evidence of someone trying to break into locked storage sheds, etc., and garages.

I will put this item on the agenda for the Board meeting on Thursday.  In the meantime, I will also contact Pete and ask him to send out a note reminding people to lock their doors at night and bring in any times that might be attractive theft targets.
