I don't think we have a cover but really I'm not sure if we ever have had one. I don't recall seeing it anyway. I'm not too concerned about it, just letting you know.

Dear Residents,
A couple of items.
Re Budgets:
Correction to my newsletter item: All owners will receive a budget approval package in the mail by the end of November. Owners should return their votes to Access and the vote will be tabulated the day before the December 19th board meeting.  The vote will be ratified at that meeting.
Re Hose Bib Covers Missing:
Our gardeners have gone around and installed the hose bib covers for winter freeze protection.  But some covers were missing.  If you have covers and need help installing them, or if you don't have covers and need them, please contact me.
