[VACNCABoardMembers] Crawl Space Water Update

Gary's Plumbing ran a camera down the storm drains at 1224 this morning.  While they could not get far due to the t-junctions that are difficult to get around, the camera showed evidence of a lot of debris and one line silted up.
I discussed remedies with them and it makes sense to try to use a water jet to try to blow out the silt and debris and perhaps clear the lines.
According to them, the drain lines are perforated pipe meant to leech water into the soil.  But if a line is plugged up, it could be forcing more water out than intended.
They will send an estimate and could probably schedule it for next week.  The camera scoping cost $1500.
Once the plumbers have tried to clear the lines, we'll re-evaluate the situation and consider doing the same for the other 3 houses.  And possibly for all houses as it is unlikely the lines have been cleared since construction.  But maybe Larry Green knows.
