Hi Everyone,

Now that I am back in town, I have been able to review minutes from 2023 Board meetings related to the crawlspace inspections.

I have excerpted those items and included them here:

Crawlspace Report History

June 2023 Minutes 8.3 
	8.3  Crawlspace report - Environmental Insulation has finished their inspection. A long discussion ensued, which detailed the findings and touched on ideas for next steps.  Ultimately, it was decided that Rachel Long and Rupert Ayton would try to arrange a conference call with the inspector to get recommendations and estimates for which repairs to carry out this year, and which to include in next year’s budget.

July 2023 Minutes 8.1
	8.1	Crawlspace maintenance - Cherie Thomas reported that there are some details yet to be worked out regarding exactly what work will be done this year versus what will be budgeted for next year.  She and Rupert Ayton will be meeting to discuss it. (See also Property Manager’s Report, number 6 above (now shown below.)
	6.  Property Manager’s Report
	Rachel also mentioned that a proposed contract will be coming to the Board soon from Environmental Insulation regarding maintenance work that needs to be done in unit crawlspaces.

August 2023 Minutes 8.3
	8.3	Crawlspace maintenance - Some units between Units 1198 and 1226 will have crawl space items repaired within the next several months. Linda Sheeks will notify those owners who will have repair work completed.


Looking back, it seems pretty sparse, but the important details were discussed outside of the Board meeting. I think this is all I have to offer about the issue.
