[VACNCABoardMembers] Message to Boa Members

Hello all,I am working on getting all of our insurance policies in solely my name.  When I was arranging for coverage of the house in Bellingham, I told the agent that the Association was responsible for everything on the outside of the house. Right? The agent asked this question “if the house burned down, who would be responsible for replacing the roof and the external structure.” Please let me know so I can purchase the appropriate policy.
