Hi,

I’ve never heard of this, but I looked it up online and found this recent tidbit.   https://natlawreview.com/article/important-update-temporary-halt-corporate-transparency-act-compliance.  Evidently a law was passed in 2021 (but in effect until 2024) requiring all businesses to file to help prevent fraud, etc.  This recent lawsuit put a halt for now.

So this is an FYI….
