Sound Drilling has not contacted me.  Attached is our letter requesting reimbursement along with attached copies of the invoices we paid to have the problem fixed. We went through a lot of diagnosis and troubleshooting until we settled upon where the actual break was under the asphalt and the fix.
I look forward to hearing from you and Sound Drilling.
